The Dagger Shores' gambling guild. This small organization is a branch of the Thieves Guild.
They test competitors for drug usage in official matches by having a cleric draw foreign substances out of they body via their skin. It's a process that is much less painful if the person hasn't eaten or drunk anything recently.
